HOME APPOINTMENTS and REMOTE INTAKE:
When
you’ve suffered a disabling work injury, it may be that the very last
thing you want is a long commute to a law office, where you’ll be asked
to sit in uncomfortable office furniture for - how long? And with
your loss of wages and perhaps your benefits at risk, the expense of
filling your gas tank or paying for public transportation suddenly
seems greater than ever before. For some of you, you are simply
not comfortable speaking about the specifics of your claim in an
unfamiliar setting. I am aware of all of these concerns. I
want to make it as convenient as possible for you to pursue your claim
and to secure competent and aggressive representation with my
office. If you feel it is not convenient to come to one of my
offices, after an initial telephone contact to determine your needs and
my ability to serve you, I will be happy to schedule an appointment in
your home or in another appropriate location familiar or convenient for
you, or make arrangements for an "electronic intake" where
appropriate. Evenings and weekends are even an option, as I
strive to
meet my commitment to always be as accessible to you as possible.
OFFICE APPOINTMENTS:
I will otherwise be pleased to meet with you in any one of three
convenient offices, depending upon my schedule and yours. Two
convenient locations: Delaware County and Northeast
Philadelphia/Trevose.
